Vilnius Jesuit High School Endowment, located at Augustijonų g. 5, LT-01127 Vilnius, company code 306001101 (hereinafter referred to as the “Endowment”), is a charitable and support fund with beneficiary status. These rules are intended to provide information on how to make a donation. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
Definitions used in these Rules:
Sponsor – a natural or legal person, a donor who has allocated financial support to the Endowment's untouchable capital.
Partner – a natural or legal person, a donor who has allocated non-financial support (products, services, bequests, etc.) to the Endowment's untouchable capital or to any of the Endowment's supported projects.
List of Partners – a public list of the first and last names and names of natural and legal persons, donors who have allocated non-financial support (products, services, bequests, etc.) to the Endowment's untouchable capital or to any of the Endowment's supported projects, published on the Endowment's website.
Untouchable capital – funds transferred to the Endowment, managed by it, and separated from its other assets for an indefinite period, from which the Endowment allocates the income generated by investments to the Jesuit High School and projects related to Vilnius Jesuit High School, in accordance with the Endowment's statutes, the principles of separation of untouchable capital, efficiency, capital preservation, public benefit, and transparency of operations. The untouchable capital of the Vilnius Jesuit High School Endowment is managed (invested) by the Investment Board.
One-time donation – financial support provided once via the links to online banking systems implemented on the Endowment's website.
Recurring monthly donations – recurring financial contributions made via the interfaces with online banking systems integrated into the Endowment's website – the selected donation amount is automatically debited each month. To cancel a recurring donation, please contact us at the email address provided.
Other terms used in the Rules for Providing Support shall be understood as defined in the relevant legislation.
Methods of Providing Support
Support for the Endowment's capital or any support project carried out by the Endowment may be provided in the ways listed below.
Financial support for the Endowment is provided:
through the interfaces with online banking systems (VISA, MASTERCARD) available on the Endowment's website.
by making a standard bank transfer to the Endowment's bank accounts.
by allocating 1.2% of personal income tax to the Endowment.
Non-financial support for the Endowment is provided by:
providing services free of charge.
transferring property or granting property rights free of charge.
bequeathing property in a will.
A support agreement whose amount (value) exceeds fourteen thousand five hundred euros must be executed in notarial form.
If support is provided by a legal entity, a support agreement must be executed.
If a natural person provides support in an amount exceeding 1 500€, a support agreement must be executed.
Return of Donations
Donations voluntarily contributed to the Endowment's capital are non-refundable. No exceptions apply.
Cancellation of Donations
