Lessons for elementary school students

In 2024, the Endowment expanded its financial literacy education program to include even the youngest secondary school students—elementary school pupils.

Every spring, the most active members of the investment club, under the supervision of the club leader, prepare a one-day lesson series for elementary school students, during which they explore the history of money, saving strategies, budgeting, and investing through games and other formats that are appealing to elementary students.

This project fosters financial literacy among students in grades 1–4, as well as the investment club members’ sense of responsibility, independence, public speaking, and teaching skills.
